Great location if want to be central near the CBD and sports complex Positive: Location, apartment layout and bathrooms Negative: Broken window on arrival and then having to meet with the maintenance person to fix. The furniture in living/dining room is uncomfortable and broken. No wine glasses. Felt run down. To use pool and gym have to do an induction which only run mon and Wednesday nights which is inconvenient and not great if want to use on the weekend when arrive

Definitely 💯 and worth it Positive: The location was so easy to access and the views were to die for, the apartment is spacious with everything you need for a great stay. Our host Katie was amazing throughout our stay and so easy to communicate with Negative: Unfortunately was unable to use the amenities such as pool, gym as no induction session was available during our stay due to it being New Year’s Eve. Would have been great to be able to chill in the pool some days

The apartment listing lied about the facilities that would be available to us Positive: The view from the apartment was incredible, probably the best of all rooms I have ever stayed in. The showers were great. Apartment is well located near shops, Crown and the MECC. Negative: We had planned to charge our EV at the apartment as the listing said there was a charger available. However I was informed a few days before our travel that this was actually not the case, which meant I now needed to make an extra charging stop on the way to and from Melbourne. The listing also stated that a heated pool is available all year round, however a few days before our stay we were told that a building induction was required to use the pool, and this could only happen on Monday and Wednesday evenings. As we were there from Thursday through Monday, this meant we could not use the pool at all.

Great location, disappointing experience. Positive: Excellent location and fantastic views. Negative: Unit was not properly cleaned, dirty stove top and ensuite shower did not drain, clogged. No information provided on unit facilities, including no information on access to wifi. No wifi details and zero wireless internet connection was disappointing. Building is focused on long-term residents only. Cleanliness and service did not meet price point.

We have a wonderful time.. Positive: The view.. Negative: Everything was good.
