Spacious 4 brm Gem right in the heart of the city

Incredible location, free parking, lots of space for our group Positive: 1) Host was very generous to give us a second free parking spot that came available - this was unique offering compared to other places 2) location was unbeatable - we could walk to countless restaurants and shops - it was so nice being close to a massive supermarket and Dan Murphys 3) the home was super clean and the AC was very cold 4) the open plan living space was very large and was a comfortable size for our large group Negative: The parking garage numbers were a little difficult to follow, and some of the lanes were very tight - however once we knew where to park, it was quite easy to get to those spaces. Our largest car is a four-door Jeep unlimited, which is a very big SUV - again, once we knew how to park, it was no problem.

Hosts were great from start to finish. It’s in a great location, super close to the CBD and conveniently has a parking s Positive: The area is very spacious and perfect for a big group. Multiple bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Negative: No smoking in courtyard, couches were small considering big families or groups would stay here.

Highly recommend, wonderful location, warm and spacious!! Positive: Perfect central location, easy to walk to everything with lots of kids, very very safe feeling, warm and had everything we needed!

Great location but needs a bit of an upgrade / tlc Positive: Location was great, lots of space. Negative: On arrival - keys not ready for collection, downstairs toilet hadn’t been cleaned/flushed - brown welcome not welcomed. All bedrooms were upstairs and had very heavy glass sliding doors which were almost impossible to open for our older family members (73 & 84 yr olds). The dining chairs were wobbly and the rattan had split/worn out in places on quite a few. Was disappointed for the cost we paid.

Location was great. Photos are better than reality with not all bedrooms photographed. Fine as a base, just not worth th Positive: Great location. Comfy beds. Negative: Like the property was fine but not worth the nightly cost. Furniture and courtyard in need of serious need of upgrade and to get rid of the rubbish.
