Could be better Positive: Kitchen and washing machine in the room are bonus points because not many places offer this. The host finally told us we could check in at 12pm. Our stay was 10 days long. Negative: 1. Lower price for our long stay, considering no room service needed. 2. The swimming pool was not available 3. The checkin/key is not at the place. They operate like airBnb with pick up somewhere else 4. There's a SMALL PRINT that they take bond before check in. The final payment is days before the checkout unlike at hotels. 5. The host called URGENTLY as if there was a fire or actual emergency but it was just regarding this confusing airbnb payment.

This unit is bare bones and somewhat tired. Good location, car park was a bonus, plenty of eating places around. No coffee machine

Love the location, suited us very well, spacious for what we needed, would stay again. Negative: There needs to be a bit of TLC with the accommodation. Kitchen cupboard was hanging off one hinge, bathroom door has deteriorated at the bottom from the bathroom moisture. Unable to get Netflix working as there was no button on the remote indicating Netflix?

Stayed 5 nights and were completely satisfied with the apartment. In a great location and a good sized parking space, we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Collingwood/Fitzroy area
